Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
PAC's Mission Statement:
The name of this organization shall be Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School Parent Advisory Council otherwise known as PAC. The purpose of this group shall be to support and foster relationships of the families and staff at Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School through family engagement, volunteering, advising on policies, and giving feedback to OSA staff and administration.
About UsThe Old Sturbridge Academy (OSA) Charter Public School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a volunteer group of parents and caregivers of current OSA scholars. Our purpose is to advise the school district on matters of education for all scholars and participate in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational and extracurricular programming.
Our membership is open to all interested and eligible guardians of current OSA scholars.
The PAC meets monthly with school leaders to review an agenda consisting of administrative updates, family feedback, family engagements, as well as a public access forum to allow non-members to address the group.

- Provide communication and outreach to families regarding relevant information, school and district policy, regulation, and planning
- Act as a liaison between school leaders and families with feedback, concerns, and requests
- Offer engagement opportunities to encourage and strengthen community connections
